Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At We Do Bambusa Ltd, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. All sales are considered final once payment is confirmed, and we do not accept refunds or returns based on change of mind, mistaken purchases, or customer error.

 

2. Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects or Damage

Refunds or product replacements will be considered only in the case of verified manufacturing defects or damage occurring during transport.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

• You must provide clear photo evidence of the defect or damage.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

 

Once approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

• A full refund up to the value of the original purchase

 

Shipping costs for returns in approved cases will be covered by us.

 

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

• MPesa – refunded directly to the same mobile number

• Bank Transfer – refunded to the original account (EFT)

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Products returned without prior approval

• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

• Custom-cut, treated, or modified products (unless proven defective on arrival)

• Products used or installed before defect is reported

 

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, email us at info@we-do-bamboo.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the defect or damage

• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

 

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is in line with the Kenyan Consumer Protection Act. Your statutory rights are not affected.
