We currently deliver across Kenya, with the exception of the following counties:

• Lamu County

• Turkana County

• Garissa County

 

If you are located outside our delivery zone, please contact us directly to explore alternative options.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and availability of products.

We will contact you if any delay is expected due to product availability, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.

 

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Your personal information (name, address, phone number) may be shared with them for delivery purposes only.

 

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on your location, order size, and delivery method. Final delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

 

5. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect the product(s) in the presence of the delivery partner. If any visible damage or issue is identified, notify the delivery agent immediately and contact us at info@we-do-bamboo.com within 3 business days.

 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the delivery location, our partner will attempt to reach you via phone. Additional delivery attempts may result in added charges or rescheduling fees.

 

7. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the product(s) transfers to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage is also transferred once the product is in your possession, unless it is a verified delivery-related defect.

 

8. Pre-orders and Lead Times

Some products (such as BPC Decking and Wall Panels) are offered on pre-order. In these cases, estimated delivery time will be provided upon order and confirmed once production is finalized.
