1. General

We offer bamboo-based products including poles, seedlings, and composite materials for residential and commercial use. All products listed are subject to availability. Where stock is limited or made-to-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

 

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders must be paid in full via MPesa or electronic bank transfer (EFT) before delivery.

• For large commercial orders, down payments may be accepted at our discretion.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

 

5. Delivery

• We deliver across Kenya, excluding Lamu, Turkana, and Garissa counties.

• Deliveries are made through our trusted logistics partners.

• Estimated delivery time is within 5 business days from confirmation of payment.

• We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, such as strikes, weather conditions, or government actions.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

• We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind or customer error.

• Returns are only accepted in the case of verified manufacturing defects or transport damage.

• Claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery, with photo evidence.

• If the return is approved, We Do Bambusa Ltd will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a refund, up to the value of the original purchase.

 

7. Product Warranty and Liability

• We offer a standard warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of [insert duration, e.g., 6 months].

• Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

• We are not responsible for improper use, installation, or storage of products after delivery.

 

8. Privacy and Data Use
