How We Produce Our Bamboo Powder
Our bamboo powder is produced entirely in Kenya, using locally grown bamboo and precision processing to meet industrial standards.
Raw Material Selection – We start with high-quality bamboo chips from managed plantations and verified smallholder networks.
Milling – The chips are mechanically ground into a controlled particle size distribution, tailored for the intended application (e.g., fine mesh for compounding or coarser grades for pressing).
Drying – The milled material is dried to a stable low moisture content, ensuring consistency and preventing microbial growth.
Screening & Classification – We sieve and classify the powder to maintain uniform texture, bulk density, and low ash content.
Quality Control – Each batch is tested for moisture, ash, color, and particle distribution, resulting in a clean, traceable, and bulk-ready product.
