What Determines the Price

The price of composite cladding per square meter in Kenya depends on a few factors that aren't always obvious from a single quoted number:

• Panel profile; Wide Overlap (solid, lapped profile, full wall coverage, strongest weather protection) or Slatted Panel (open-profile, linear architectural look, for facades and boundary walls). These aren't tiers of the same product. They're different looks with different coverage, and price reflects that.

• Materials only vs. supply-and-install; many Kenyan suppliers quote per-piece prices that don't include labor; others bundle installation. The prices below are materials only. Always confirm which you're being quoted when comparing suppliers.

• Subframe; cladding needs a timber, plastic or aluminium subframe fixed to the wall, creating a ventilated cavity behind the boards; this is typically quoted separately per project.

• Project size and wall complexity; larger, simpler wall runs typically bring the per-m² installation cost down; corners, openings and detailing add labor time.

• Installation (labor, subframe/battens, fasteners) is quoted separately per project, since it depends on wall condition, height and project size.

• Delivery within Nairobi and surrounding regions is available through our logistics partners; orders can also be collected directly from the factory.
