Open Positions
Field Sales Representative
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of B2B clients in Kenya's construction and materials sector, driving revenue from first contact to closed deal. You will work closely with our commercial, logistics and production teams to ensure clients receive the right product, at the right price, on time.
Electrical Technician – BPC Factory
As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems across our BPC production line, including motors, drives, control panels, sensors and wiring. You will work as part of the maintenance team, diagnosing faults, executing preventive maintenance and keeping equipment running safely and on schedule.
Machine Operator – Extrusion Line

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment on our BPC extrusion line, ensuring stable production output, product quality, and safe machine operation. You will work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality control teams on daily production activities.
Sales Representative – Tanzania 🇹🇿
As our Tanzania Sales Representative, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, present our products to potential clients, and close deals across Tanzania. You will act as the local face of We Do Bamboo in the market and help introduce architects, developers, contractors, hotels, and distributors to a more sustainable alternative for outdoor and finishing materials.
Shift Supervisor – Bamboo Composite Factory
As Shift Supervisor, you are the operational lead during your shift across the entire factory. You oversee all active production stages, coordinate captains and operators, manage attendance and discipline, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
