Bamboo is getting attention, and we are of course very thrilled with that. We Do Bamboo was recently featured on Citizen TV, bringing bamboo composites into the national spotlight and introducing a wider audience to what we’re building in Kenya.
The feature highlights a simple shift: bamboo is no longer seen as a temporary or decorative material. It is becoming a serious option for construction; strong, durable, and produced locally.
At We Do Bamboo, we are turning locally sourced bamboo into high-performance composite materials for decking, cladding, and wall panels. What was once considered a niche material is now entering the mainstream.
This moment matters. Not just for us, but for the entire bamboo value chain, from farmers to finished products.
