About Us

We Do Bamboo is bringing a new generation of sustainable building materials to East Africa. We manufacture high-quality bamboo composite products including decking, cladding, wall panels, and outdoor solutions designed for modern residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.


Our products are already gaining traction in Kenya, and we are now expanding into Tanzania.

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help us grow our presence in the Tanzanian market. This is a fully commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone who already has strong connections in construction, architecture, real estate, or building materials sales.




Your Role

As our Tanzania Sales Representative, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, present our products to potential clients, and close deals across Tanzania.


You will act as the local face of We Do Bamboo in the market and help introduce architects, developers, contractors, hotels, and distributors to a more sustainable alternative for outdoor and finishing materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients including developers, contractors, architects, hotels, and distributors

  • Promote our decking, cladding, and wall panel products through meetings, site visits, and product presentations

  • Generate and follow up on leads independently

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

  • Coordinate quotations, samples, and project discussions with our Kenya-based team

  • Support clients during the sales and ordering process

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities

  • Report regularly on pipeline activity and sales progress


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, or construction-related industries

  • Existing network within Tanzania’s construction, real estate, hospitality, or building materials sector is a strong advantage

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial hunger

  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

  • Fluent in English and Swahili

  • Experience with architectural or construction products is a plus


Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with attractive earning potential.

The more business you bring in, the more you earn. There is no cap on commissions.
