About Us
We Do Bamboo manufactures premium bamboo composite decking, cladding and wall panels from our factory near Nairobi. Our products are built to international standards using locally sourced bamboo and recycled plastic; durable, sustainable and competitively priced for Kenya’s construction market.
We are now hiring Field Sales Representatives to own client relationships, drive revenue, and close deals.

About the Role
You will own your pipeline end-to-end: from prospecting and first pitch to quote, close and repeat purchase. You work independently in the field, know how to read a client, and have a track record of hitting or exceeding targets in B2B sales.
This role is not for someone building sales skills. It is for someone who already has them and wants to apply them to a product with real competitive advantages in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a B2B client portfolio: contractors, developers, architects, hardware retailers and fit-out companies
Generate your own leads through field prospecting, referrals and industry networks
Pitch and demo our products; distribute samples and follow up with urgency
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals within agreed pricing authority
Track orders, payments and delivery timelines; resolve issues before they escalate
Report weekly on pipeline, conversions and market intelligence
What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiable:
Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience with a measurable track record (revenue closed, client portfolio size, conversion rates)
Background in building materials, hardware, construction inputs, interiors or related sectors is a strong advantage
Proven ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
